Ku Sool Won or Kuksulwon is a Korean martial art that combines aspects of different martial arts, including Hapkido and Ship Pal Gi which makes a comprehensive fighting system. It includes joint-locking, grappling, sparring, and throwing in its techniques. Kuksulwon also teaches acupressure and acupuncture medicine, as well as meditation and breathing techniques. This art is extremely well organized and seeks to integrate and explore all aspects of the traditional Korean martial arts into its system.
